Restoring a 98 and noticed the piston has hit the powervalve. Checked the powervalve and it seemed to have snapped the leverage part. I am now thinking that might explain the spring not functioning properly to limit the range thus hitting this piston, nasty stuff. Thanks for explaining and showing in detail 🎉

If you have a cheap drill bit set from harbor freight you can drill those out and cut part off the bottom of the drill bit as the new dowel instead of being a new power valve.

The Dot can be opposite of the valve stem!.....It depends on the manufacturer, Yellow could indicate a heavy spot, hence why it's opposite the Stem....you'd have to check with CST tire guide. But throw it on a cheap balancer to confirm.

I just installed the same skid plate on my 01 YZ250 looks great. Thinking of getting the fast way kickstand next but also want to get the works frame guards but I don't know if it's possible to run both the kickstand and the frame guards simultaneously.

i cut the gas tank brackets off of mine too and put a stock 212 preditor on it and the preditor has a gas tank attached to the engine

Make sure you put the belt on right there's a 2 degree angle on 1 side and the other side is flat so look at the pulley and match the flat side of the belt to the flat side of ur pulley

Try taking brass bushing out sometimesthey get stuck

Dirt bike wheels dont really need cush drives cos their "cush" is in the fact that its probably going to be ridden on dirt with knobblies and not a higher traction surface like road with a grippy sports tyre, you'll probably feel a little more harshness and add a little extra wear to the gearsets without it, but its a supermoto, its was never going ride smooth like a Rolls Royce even if it did have one. I have the one fuel line okey on mine. The smaller one I have trouble with. It's on the fuel tank thing. In this video it's on the other side and you get to hook it to the fuel tank thing, but my question is from the fuel res pri thing, where does it Plug into? I see it goes down between carbs in front, but to what!? I can't seem to find anything to Plug it onto

Good video just one thing you may want to look into. Bolt's are shoulder bolt, they are typically designed so that when you torque the assembly together the links are never under load put on the nut. The nut will torque up against the shoulders of the blots setting the designed clearance for the links alowing them to move. Because the link thickness has changed and counterbore removed in my opinion you need a counterbore or longer shoulder bolts. Links are aluminium you may want to check the inside face for wear allowing bolts to come loose.

I had one of these, there was a design flaw in the mechanism so that when you move right or down, it was using the resistance of the plastic to bounce it back to centre (up and left used a spring). The plastic would inevitably break. I liked the look of it and bought another but that eventually broke as well due to the same problem :( This was how I played Rebel Assault, X-Wing and Tie FIghter
